Nylon PA6 / PA66
High mechanical strength and wear resistance — the default choice for gears, bushes and wear parts.
Engineering plastics
Chemical-resistant, low-friction engineering material for demanding process environments.
PTFE has the lowest coefficient of friction of any solid polymer and is chemically inert to virtually all industrial solvents and reagents. It stays serviceable across an exceptionally wide temperature band, which is why it ends up in seals, gaskets and bearing faces where nothing else survives.
We stock virgin PTFE alongside filled grades — glass, carbon and bronze filled — where higher load capacity or lower creep is needed. Food-contact grades are available; confirm the specific approval you require at enquiry.
