Sunboard is the default substrate for printed signage: light, rigid, dimensionally stable, and it takes direct print or vinyl without priming. It cuts on a router or a blade and screws without splitting.

Available in a range of thicknesses and densities. Density matters more than most buyers expect — it drives both the screw hold and the surface finish after routing, so it is worth specifying rather than leaving open.
